Tracy J. Smith serves as the Vice President of Partner and Client Services for The Pacific Institute Global.
Tracy’s diverse portfolio of responsibilities includes identifying new markets, product and services development, establishing strategic partnerships, and maximizing client engagement, as well as driving sales and revenue growth. Uppermost is developing The Pacific Institute’s Partner and Client Services Teams and partnering to achieve the Institute’s strategic goals for partners and clients.
As a Master Facilitator for The Pacific Institute, Tracy advises C-Suite leadership on best practices to improve organizational performance.
Prior to joining The Pacific Institute in 2007, Tracy served as a senior executive to a range of enterprises engaged in corporate and consumer markets. In her role as a senior executive with a restaurant holding company, Tracy helped expand the company’s U.S. footprint from 40 to 250 locations as executive franchise coach.
Tracy has earned numerous professional certifications in the disciplines of Small Business Management, Leadership Coaching, Business Management, Master Facilitation as well as the Human Synergistics accreditation.
Tracy and her family split their time between Seattle and Chelan, Washington.
