Through a three-pronged approach that involves mindset, nutrition, and movement, Donna helps women cut through the confusion and misleading information in the diet and fitness industry by educating them on how to balance their "fat burning" hormones using proven techniques that boost energy and metabolism. 


As a mother to a little girl she has been inspired to make it her mission to empower females to truly love themselves and embrace their unique inner qualities, strength, and capabilities by loving and honoring their bodies with healthy thoughts, nutritious foods, and fun workouts so that they can abandon the deprivation or shame that comes with body obsession, constant yo-yo dieting and food restriction.


She is a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and holds a Master's Degree in Education.
